       The Committee on Transportation (Margolis) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 18 - 22
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) A motor vehicle provided to a person who is a
    6  registered member of a car-sharing service and who uses the
    7  motor vehicle for a single trip of a duration of 6 hours or less
    8  for a fee. A “car-sharing service” is a business with pre
    9  approved membership criteria requirements that provides the use
   10  of a motor vehicle through decentralized automated access for a
   11  limited time to registered members for a fee.
