       The Committee on Transportation (Evers) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1916 - 1918
    4  and insert:
    5         3. The driver may request a formal or informal review of
    6  the suspension by the department within 10 days after the date
    7  of issuance of the notice of suspension or may request a
    8  restricted license pursuant to s. 322.271(7), if eligible.

   13         And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete lines 165 - 185
   15  and insert:
   16         construction of specified provisions; providing
   17         procedures for a driver to be issued a restricted
   18         license under certain circumstances; amending s.
