       Senator Montford moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 3939
    4  and insert:
    5  and aquaculture development law enforcement and quality control
    6  programs.
    7         (e) After all administrative costs are funded and the
    8  distributions in paragraphs (a)-(d) have been made, up to
    9  $400,000 shall be transferred by the Department of Highway
   10  Safety and Motor Vehicles to the General Inspection Trust Fund
   11  of the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to fund
   12  activities relating to the protection, restoration, and research
   13  of the natural oyster reefs and beds of the state. This
   14  paragraph expires July 1, 2017.
   15         (f) After all administrative costs are funded and the
   16  distributions in paragraphs (a)-(d) have been made, up to
   17  $300,000 may be used by the Fish and Wildlife Conservation
   18  Commission for boating safety education. This paragraph expires
   19  July 1, 2017.
