       Senator Diaz de la Portilla moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 242
    4  and insert:
    5  public and tourists as a bona fide amusement facility. This
    6  section does not prohibit a municipality or county from adopting
    7  an ordinance that authorizes the operation of an arcade
    8  amusement center pursuant to this section which has fewer than
    9  50 coin-operated amusement games or machines.
