       The Committee on Appropriations (Bean) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (640620) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 51 and 52
    5  insert:
    6         k. The sponsor shall submit an annual report to the
    7  Department of Education in a web-based format to be determined
    8  by the department.
    9         (I) The report shall include the following information:
   10         (A) The number of draft applications received on or before
   11  May 1 and each applicant’s contact information.
   12         (B) The number of final applications received on or before
   13  August 1 and each applicant’s contact information.
   14         (C) The date each application was approved, denied, or
   15  withdrawn.
   16         (D) The date each final contract was executed.
   17         (II) Beginning August 31, 2013, and each year thereafter,
   18  the sponsor shall submit to the department the information for
   19  the applications submitted the previous year.
   20         (III) The department shall compile an annual report, by
   21  district, and post the report on its website by November 1 of
   22  each year.
