       The Committee on Appropriations (Benacquisto) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 81
    4  and insert:
    5  comprehensive, and patient-centered coordinated care program.
    6  The two councils shall review at least every three years, and
    7  jointly revise if applicable, the performance measures, rating
    8  system, and rating standard to ensure providers are continually
    9  enhancing their programs to reflect best practices and advances
   10  in cancer treatment and care from the perspective of
   11  comprehensive and patient-centered coordinated care. At
