       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Richter) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 322 - 330
    4  and insert:
    5  
    6         (d) Effective July 1, 2013, through June 30, 2016,
    7  “termination” for a retired justice or judge who reached the
    8  later of his or her normal retirement age or age when vested at
    9  retirement and subsequently returns to temporary employment as a
   10  judge in any court, as assigned by the Chief Justice of the
   11  Supreme Court in accordance with s. 2, Art. V of the State
   12  Constitution, occurs when the justice or judge has terminated
   13  all employment relationships with employers under the Florida
   14  Retirement System for at least 1 calendar month prior to
   15  reemployment as a senior judge.
