    2         An act relating to agricultural lands; repealing s.
    3         604.006, F.S., relating to the mapping and monitoring
    4         of agricultural lands by the Department of Economic
    5         Opportunity; providing an effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. Section 604.006, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
   10         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2013.
