       Senator Galvano moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1757 and 1758
    4  insert:
    5         Section 29. The Division of Law Revision and Information is
    6  directed to prepare a reviser’s bill for the 2014 Regular
    7  Session of the Legislature to change the terms “General
    8  Educational Development test” or “GED test” to “high school
    9  equivalency examination” and the terms “general education
   10  diploma,” “graduate equivalency diploma,” or “GED” to “high
   11  school equivalency diploma” wherever those terms appear in the
   12  Florida Statutes.

   15         And the title is amended as follows:
   16         Delete line 178
   17  and insert:
   18         providing a directive to the Division of Law Revision
   19         and Information; providing an effective date.
