    4  and insert:
    5         (3) The Department of Financial Services shall use the
    6  Fletcher Shared Resource Center, provide full service to the
    7  Office of Financial Regulation and the Office of Insurance
    8  Regulation, and host the Legislative Appropriations
    9  System/Planning and Budgeting Subsystem (LAS/PBS).
