       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 496 and 497
    4  insert:
    5         Section 6. Paragraph (k) of subsection (4) of section
    6  282.201, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         282.201 State data center system; agency duties and
    8  limitations.—A state data center system that includes all
    9  primary data centers, other nonprimary data centers, and
   10  computing facilities, and that provides an enterprise
   11  information technology service as defined in s. 282.0041, is
   12  established.
   13         (4) SCHEDULE FOR CONSOLIDATIONS OF AGENCY DATA CENTERS.—
   14  (k) The Department of Law Enforcement, the Department of the
   15  Lottery’s Gaming System, Systems Design and Development in the
   16  Office of Policy and Budget, and the State Board of
   17  Administration, state attorneys, public defenders, criminal
   18  conflict and civil regional counsel, capital collateral regional
   19  counsel, the Florida Clerks of Court Operations Corporation, the
   20  Justice Administration Commission, and the Florida Housing
   21  Finance Corporation are exempt from data center consolidation
   22  under this section.
