       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 938 - 943
    4  and insert:
    5         6. For any claim filed under any policy of the corporation,
    6  a public adjuster may not charge, agree to, or accept any
    7  compensation, payment, commission, fee, or other thing of value
    8  greater than 10 percent of the additional amount actually paid
    9  over the amount that was originally offered by the corporation
   10  for any one claim.

   13         And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete line 48
   15  and insert:
   16         line; deleting a provision capping the amount that a
   17         public adjuster may be paid under certain
   18         circumstances; requiring the corporation’s board of
   19         governors
