       (Gibson) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1254 - 1255
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) An enrollee who has a family income above the federal
    6  poverty level may be required to make nominal copayments, in
    7  accordance with federal rule, as a condition of receiving a
    8  health care service.
