       Appropriations Subcommittee on Health and Human Services
       (Richter) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete line 1203
    4  and insert:
    5  indicators from both public and commercial populations. The
    6  corporation and its contracted health plans shall develop
    7  policies that minimize the disruption of enrollee medical homes
    8  when enrollees transition between insurance affordability plans.
