       Appropriations Subcommittee on Health and Human Services
       (Richter) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1189 - 1195
    4  and insert:
    5         (5) DELIVERY OF SERVICES.—The corporation shall contract
    6  with authorized insurers licensed under chapter 627; managed
    7  care organizations authorized under chapter 641; and provider
    8  service networks authorized under ss. 409.912(4)(d) and
    9  409.962(13), which are prepaid plans. These insurers, managed
   10  care organizations, and provider service networks must meet
   11  standards established by the corporation to provide
   12  comprehensive health care services to enrollees who qualify for
   13  services under this section. The corporation may contract for
   14  such services on a statewide or regional basis.
