       Appropriations Subcommittee on Health and Human Services (Bean)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 359 and 360
    4  insert:
    5         Section 3. The sum of $15,275,000 from the General Revenue
    6  Fund is appropriated to the Agency for Health Care
    7  Administration beginning in the 2013-2014 fiscal year to provide
    8  funding for the Health Choice Plus Program within Florida Health
    9  Choices, Inc., and to fund the corporation’s administrative
   10  costs necessary for implementing and operating the program.

   13         And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete line 29
   15  and insert:
   16         review and repeal date; providing an appropriation;
   17         providing an effective date.
