       Senator Ring moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 48
    4  and insert:
    5  located within this state at the time of contracting; and all
    6  parties to any such contract shall be deemed to be citizens of
    7  this state for purposes of jurisdiction and to have agreed to
    8  litigate any dispute or claim arising out of that contract only
    9  in Florida state courts.
