       The Committee on Military Affairs, Space, and Domestic Security
       (Evers) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 25 - 30
    4  and insert:
    5  including reserve components thereof, who were serving on or
    6  after September 11, 2001, and who physically reside in this
    7  state while enrolled in any course offered by an institution of
    8  higher learning within this state.
