    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (117882) (with title

    4         Delete lines 200 - 656
    5  and insert:
    6         Section 6. Section 489.1131, Florida Statutes, is created
    7  to read:
    8         489.1131 Pool/Spa Cleaning.— Any person who cleans a pool
    9  or spa in a way that affects the structural integrity of the
   10  pool or spa or its associated equipment without being properly
   11  licensed as required by this part is subject to the provisions
   12  of s. 489.127.
