       The Committee on Transportation (Evers) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 21 - 25
    4  and insert:
    5         (a) Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 320.08053, the
    6  department shall develop a Freemasonry license plate as provided
    7  in this section. The word “Florida” must appear at the top of
    8  the plate, and the words “In God We Trust” must appear at the
    9  bottom of the plate.
   10         (b) The department shall retain all revenues from the sale
   11  of such plates until all startup costs for developing and
   12  issuing the plates have been recovered. Thereafter, the license
   13  plate annual use fees shall be distributed
