    3         Delete line 116
    4  and insert:
    5  examination. If a certified optometrist does not complete a
    6  course and subsequent examination under this paragraph, the
    7  certified optometrist is only authorized to administer and
    8  prescribe ocular pharmaceutical agents by topical application.
