    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 43 - 44
    4  and insert:
    5  liability insurance required under the contract;
    6         (e) The contract includes a prominent statement, in
    7  uppercase font that is at least 5 point sizes larger than the
    8  rest of the text, disclosing whether the business entity
    9  currently maintains professional liability insurance and, if
   10  applicable, identifying the aggregate limit as well as the
   11  coverage limit per claim, per occurrence, or per project; and
