       The Committee on Transportation (Garcia) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 18 - 19
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 2. Tomas-Minerva Vinuela Way designated; Department
    6  of Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
    7         (1) That portion of 25th Street in Miami-Dade County
    8  between East 8th Avenue and East 9th Avenue is designated as
    9  “Tomas-Minerva Vinuela Way.”
   10         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   11  suitable markers designating Tomas-Minerva Vinuela Way as
   12  described in subsection (1).
   13         Section 3. The Honorable Dale G. Bennett Boat Ramp
   14  designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
   15  markers.—
   16         (1) Ramp number 8 at mile marker 40.7 on I-75/S.R.
   17  93/Alligator Alley in Broward County is designated as “The
   18  Honorable Dale G. Bennett Boat Ramp.”
   19         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   20  suitable markers designating The Honorable Dale G. Bennett Boat
   21  Ramp as described in subsection (1).

   23         And the title is amended as follows:
   24         Delete lines 3 - 4
   25  and insert:
   26         designations; providing honorary designations of
   27         various transportation facilities in specified
   28         counties;
