       The Committee on Rules (Ring) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 107 - 116
    4  and insert:
    5  maintenance costs of the facility. A county levying the tax for
    6  the purposes of this subparagraph may do so only by a majority
    7  plus one vote of the membership of the board of county
    8  commissioners and after approval of the proposed use of the tax
    9  revenues by a majority vote of the electors voting in a
   10  referendum. Referendum approval of the proposed use of the tax
   11  revenues may be in an election held before or after the
   12  effective date of the law enacting this subparagraph. The
   13  referendum ballot must include a brief description of the
   14  proposed use of the tax revenues and the following question:
   15         ....FOR the Proposed Use
   16         ....AGAINST the Proposed Use
