       Senator Soto moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 124 and 125
    4  insert:
    5         (7) A court, arbitrator, tribunal, or administrative agency
    6  in this state may not accept a judgment of a court of another
    7  jurisdiction within the United States which applies foreign law
    8  to adjudicate a case that is the subject of this section if one
    9  or both parties are residents of this state at the time of the
   10  filing of the case.

   14         Delete line 31
   15  and insert:
