       Senator Sobel moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 107 - 124
    4  and insert:
    5         (6) A contract or contractual provision, if severable,
    6  which provides for the choice of venue or choice of forum
    7  outside a state or territory of the United States violates the
    8  public policy of this state and is void and unenforceable if the
    9  enforcement of the choice of venue or forum provision would
   10  result in a violation of any fundamental liberties, rights, and
   11  privileges guaranteed by the State Constitution or the United
   12  States Constitution.
