       Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation, Tourism, and
       Economic Development (Gardiner) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (237586) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         In the directory clause, delete lines 5 - 6
    5  and insert:
    6         Section 3. Contingent upon the repeal of s. 220.63(5),
    7  Florida Statutes, by the enactment of SB 306 or similar
    8  legislation, paragraph (d) of subsection (6) of section 212.20,
    9  Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
   10  
   11         In the directory clause, delete lines 121 - 122
   12  and insert:
   13         Section 4. Contingent upon the repeal of s. 220.63(5),
   14  Florida Statutes, by the enactment of SB 306 or similar
   15  legislation, section 288.11631, Florida Statutes, is created to
   16  read:
