       The Committee on Children, Families, and Elder Affairs
       (Thompson) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 15 - 22
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 1. Whenever a licensed child care facility, family
    6  day care home, or large family child care home is inspected by
    7  the Department of Children and Families or by a local licensing
    8  agency and a report of the inspection is prepared, the
    9  department or local licensing agency shall, within 72 hours
   10  after the report is completed and accepted by the department or
   11  local licensing agency, give a copy of the report, at no cost,
   12  to each parent whose child attends that licensed facility or
   13  home.
