    3         Delete lines 43 - 46
    4  and insert:
    5         (4) Notwithstanding subsections (1) and (2), property and
    6  casualty insurance policies and endorsements that do not contain
    7  personally identifiable information may be posted on the
    8  insurer’s Internet website. Personally identifiable information
    9  that is not to be posted includes, but is not limited to, the
   10  insured’s name, home address, phone number, e-mail address, the
   11  property value, the premium amount, the level of insurance
   12  coverage, and identification of the insured personal property.
