       The Committee on Appropriations (Benacquisto) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 61 - 65
    4  and insert:
    5         (e) Change the classification of an intravenous or injected
    6  cancer treatment medication, increase the amount of an injected
    7  cancer treatment medication, or increase the amount of cost
    8  sharing applicable to an intravenous or injected cancer
    9  treatment medication, in effect on the effective date of this
   10  act.
   11         Delete lines 105 - 109
   12  and insert:
   13         (e) Change the classification of an intravenous or injected
   14  cancer treatment medication, increase the amount of an injected
   15  cancer treatment medication, or increase the amount of cost
   16  sharing applicable to an intravenous or injected cancer
   17  treatment medication, in effect on the effective date of this
   18  act.
