       The Committee on Community Affairs (Latvala) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 141
    4  and insert:
    5  system. A utility shall provide the department a copy of any
    6  contract with another utility that reflects an agreement between
    7  the utilities which is subject to the requirements of this
    8  subparagraph.
