       Senator Clemens moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1064 and 1065
    4  insert:
    5         (10) Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, a
    6  municipality that implemented a change in the use of premium tax
    7  revenues on or after January 1, 2005, and before February 1,
    8  2013, which was agreed to by a majority of plan members and
    9  approved by the department may maintain such use of premium tax
   10  revenues.

   14         Between lines 48 and 49
   15  insert:
   16         authorizing certain municipalities to maintain changes
   17         in the use of their premium tax revenues;
