       (Ring) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 353 - 354
    4  and insert:
    5  described in paragraph (a) that must be used to fund defined
    6  benefit plan benefits, except as otherwise excluded from
    7  consideration in determining the mandatory payment.

    9         Delete lines 791 - 792
   10  and insert:
