       The Committee on Health Policy (Grimsley) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 188
    4  and insert:
    5         (5) If, when reviewing form certifications submitted by an
    6  insurer, the office finds evidence of noncompliant forms for any
    7  personal lines insurance product or products, the office may, by
    8  order, suspend the authority of the insurer to file forms for
    9  such insurance products for up to 18 months and shall
   10  immediately notify the presiding officers of the Legislature and
   11  the Financial Services Commission. Upon review, the office may
   12  extend the order for up to an additional 18 months.
   13         (6) The provisions of this section supersede and replace
   14

   16         And the title is amended as follows:
   17         Delete line 23
   18  and insert:
   19         authorizing the Office of Insurance Regulation to
   20         suspend the authority of an insurer to file certain
   21         forms for a specified time if the insurer filed
   22         noncompliant forms, and requiring the office to notify
   23         the Legislature and Financial Services Commission;
   24         providing for construction and applicability;
