    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 82 - 83
    4  and insert:
    5  airport as defined in s. 330.27; a pari-mutuel facility as
    6  defined in s. 550.002; or an independent postsecondary
    7  educational institution licensed and approved by the Commission
    8  for Independent Education pursuant to chapter 1005; or
