    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 52 and 53
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. Section 4 of chapter 2012-75, Laws of Florida,
    6  is repealed, retroactive to June 30, 2012.

    9         And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Between lines 16 and 17
   11  insert:
   12         providing for the retroactive repeal of s. 4 of
   13         chapter 2012-75, Laws of Florida, relating to a
