       Senator Negron moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (519430) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 658 - 665
    5  and insert:
    6         (9) EFFECTIVE DATE.—This section shall take effect July 1,
    7  2013.
    8         Section 18. Beginning in the 2013-2014 fiscal year and each
    9  year thereafter through the 2017-2018 fiscal year, the sum of $6
   10  million in recurring funds is appropriated in each fiscal year
   11

   13         And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete lines 735 - 736
   15  and insert:
