       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Hays) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Before line 138
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. The Division of Law Revision and Information is
    6  directed to replace the phrase “the effective date of this act”
    7  wherever it occurs in this act with the date this act becomes a
    8  law.

   12         Between lines 36 and 37
   13  insert:
   14         providing a directive to the Division of Law Revision
   15         and Information;
