       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Hays) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 64 - 66
    4  and insert:
    5  code, or system in actions or proceedings brought under,
    6  pursuant to, or pertaining to the subject matter of chapter 61
    7  or chapter 88 and filed after the effective date of this act.
    8         (b) Except as necessary to provide effective relief in
    9  actions or

   12         And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete lines 9 - 12
   14  and insert:
