       Senator Thompson moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 136 - 140
    4  and insert:
    5  Constitution;
    6         (b) Conflict with any federal treaty or other international
    7  agreement to which the United States is a party to the extent
    8  that such federal treaty or international agreement preempts or
    9  is superior to state law on the matter at issue; or
   10         (c) Conflict with the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction
   11  and Enforcement Act, ss. 61.501 et seq.

   14         And the title is amended as follows:
   15         Delete line 38
   16  and insert:
   17         specified extent, or to conflict with the Uniform
   18         Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act;
   19         providing for severability;
