       Senator Hays moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 361
    4  and insert:
    5  association shall bear the cost of any insurance or bond. If
    6  annually approved by a majority of the voting interests present
    7  at a properly called meeting of the association, an association
    8  may waive the requirement of obtaining an insurance policy or
    9  fidelity bond for all persons who control or disburse funds of
   10  the association.

   13         And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Between lines 52 and 53
   15  insert:
   16         authorizing an association to waive the requirement of
   17         obtaining an insurance policy or fidelity bond under
   18         certain conditions;
