    3         Between lines 1723 and 1724
    4  insert:
    5         Section 42. Section 627.7072, Florida Statutes, is amended
    6  to read:
    7         627.7072 Testing standards for sinkholes.—The professional
    8  engineer or and professional geologist shall perform such tests
    9  as sufficient, in their professional opinion, to determine the
   10  presence or absence of sinkhole loss or other cause of damage
   11  within reasonable professional probability and for the
   12  professional engineer to make recommendations regarding
   13  necessary building stabilization and foundation repair.
