       Senator Bean moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1723 and 1724
    4  insert:
    5         (f) “Professional engineer” means a person, as defined in
    6  s. 471.005, who has a bachelor’s degree or higher in
    7  engineering. A professional engineer must also have experience
    8  and expertise in the identification of sinkhole activity or as
    9  well as other potential causes of structural damage.
