    1                   A reviser’s bill to be entitled                 
    2         An act relating to the Florida Statutes; repealing ss.
    3         10.00001, 10.00002, 10.00003, 10.00004, 10.00005,
    4         10.00006, 10.00007, and 10.00008, F.S.; deleting
    5         provisions providing for apportionment of the
    6         districts for the State Senate and House of
    7         Representatives that have been superseded; providing
    8         an effective date.

   10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   11  
   12         Section 1. Sections 10.00001, 10.00002, 10.00003, 10.00004,
   13  10.00005, 10.00006, 10.00007, and 10.00008, Florida Statutes,
   14  are repealed.
   15         Reviser’s note.—The cited sections, relating to
   16         apportionment of districts for the State Senate and
   17         House of Representatives, are repealed to delete
   18         superseded provisions.
   19         Section 2. This act shall take effect on the 60th day after
   20  adjournment sine die of the session of the Legislature in which
   21  enacted.
