       Senator Latvala moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (166182) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 100 and 101
    5  insert:
    6         Section 5. Section 100.032, Florida Statutes, is created to
    7  read:
    8         100.032 Election preparation report; general election.—Each
    9  supervisor of elections must submit a report to the board of
   10  county commissioners of the county in which he or she serves at
   11  least 3 months before a general election which outlines
   12  preparations for the upcoming general election. The report must
   13  include, at a minimum, the following elements: the anticipated
   14  staffing levels during the early voting period, on election day
   15  and after election day; and the anticipated amount of automatic
   16  tabulating equipment at each early voting site and polling
   17  place. Each supervisor of elections shall also post such report
   18  on the supervisor of elections’ official website.

   21         And the title is amended as follows:
   22         Delete line 1133
   23  and insert:
   24         consecutive years; creating s. 100.032, F.S.;
   25         requiring each supervisor of elections to submit a
   26         report to his or her board of county commissioners at
   27         least 3 months before a general election; specifying
   28         the content of the report; requiring that such report
   29         be posted on the supervisor’s website; amending s.
   30         100.061, F.S.;
