       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Margolis) recommended
       the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1942 - 1948
    4  and insert:
    5         b. Personal lines residential wind-only policies that cover
    6  homestead personal residential properties, or that are occupied
    7  permanent residencies that have a written rental agreement for
    8  no less than 12 months, and have a dwelling replacement cost of
    9  less than:
   10         (1) $1 million on July 1, 2013.
   11         (II) $800,000 on January 1, 2014.
   12         (III) $600,000 on January 1, 2015.
