       Senator Smith moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (403068) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete line 360
    5  and insert:
    6  or contiguous to the professional sports franchise facility. The
    7  board’s authority to lease the above described ancillary
    8  commercial development in conjunction with a professional sports
    9  franchise facility lease applies only if at the time the board
   10  leases the ancillary commercial development, the professional
   11  sports franchise facility lease has been in effect for at least
   12  10 years and such lease has at least an additional 10 years
   13  remaining in the lease term ;
