       (Hays) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (622446)

    3         Delete line 7
    4  and insert:
    5         provide better access for private and government use. The
    6  Department of Law Enforcement is exempt from data center
    7  consolidation initiatives under this section.
