amendment:

Section: 03              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 082             Reduces Grants and Aids - Contracted Services in the 
                         Department of Health by $400,000 from the General 
Spec App:  472           Revenue Fund and provides an additional $400,000 in 
                         nonrecurring general revenue funds to Community 
                         Based Care Funds for Providers of Child Welfare 
                         Services in the Department of Children and Families 
                         to Eckerd Community Alternatives.

From  the  funds  in  Specific  Appropriation 345, the sum of $2,707,000
in  nonrecurring  funds  from  the  General  Revenue Fund is provided to
Eckerd  Community  Alternatives,  the  Community  Based Care Lead Agency
serving Pasco and Pinellas counties.

AND INSERT:

From  the  funds  in  Specific  Appropriation 345, the sum of $3,107,000
in  nonrecurring  funds  from  the  General  Revenue Fund is provided to
Eckerd  Community  Alternatives,  the  Community  Based Care Lead Agency
serving Pasco and Pinellas counties.
