On Page: 068             Reduces funding for the Transition House Homeless 
                         Veterans Program in Osceola County by $300,000 and 
Spec App:  354           increases funding by $300,000 in nonrecurring 
                         general revenue funds for the Clay Behavioral Health 
                         Center, Community Crisis Prevention Team.
